1. Scope of Service

Local Citations SEO provides manual citation creation, claims, audits, and correction services in online business directories. We register directory profiles on your behalf, enter business details (Name, Address, Phone, hours, social links), and hand over login credentials upon project completion.

2. Client Obligations

To allow successful campaign execution, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and legitimate business information (NAP).
• Submit a valid, accessible business website URL.
• Confirm they possess the rights or power to request citation building for the targeted business.
• Verify that the physical address provided complies with directory standards (e.g. no fake virtual office mailboxes designed to trick search maps).

3. Payments & Fees

All prices listed on Local Citations SEO are one-time fees based on citation count tiers. There are no recurring monthly charges. Orders must be paid in full prior to campaign launch. We process payments securely via third-party processors.

4. Turnaround & Listing Indexes

Turnaround timelines (14, 21, or 30 days) are targets for profile creation and logins delivery. Many directories manually review submissions before publishing them. Directory indexing speeds, caching cycles, and edit approval loops are managed entirely by third-party directory staff and search algorithms, not Local Citations SEO.

5. Disclaimers & Ranking Warranties

Local Citations SEO builds high-authority citations and SEO signals. However, because search engine ranking algorithms depend on hundreds of variables (competitor strength, review velocity, site authority, search query location):

• We do not warrant or guarantee that your business will achieve a specific ranking position or Map Pack placement.
• We do not guarantee instant indexation of every directory submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Local Citations SEO, its directors, or its employees be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from listings suspensions, data edits, ranking drops, or inability to access third-party directories. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client for the specific order.
